According to a new survey, hiring for seasonal jobs in Tampa has enjoyed increased activity.

Snagajob, the largest hourly employment network for job seekers and employers, commissioned its fifth-annual survey of more than 1,000 hourly hiring managers with responsibility for summer hiring.

The famous Hard Rock Cafe is recruiting for hundreds of Tampa hospitality jobs.

The restaurant with rock ‘n roll memorabilia is hiring at least 400 people for various positions.

The move comes after an aggressive casino expansion will house more than 3,500 employees and create a casino floor larger than five football fields.

The casino will then become the eighth largest casino in the world and will boast 105 table games and 50 poker tables.

It’s expected to be finished this summer.

The $75 million project will ensure that cooks, managers, bartenders, and other staff will have their pick of jobs during hiring season.
