PRC Needs to Fill Telecommunications Jobs in Tampa Bay

Call center firm PRC LLC has put out a call that it needs to fill several dozen telecommunications jobs in Tampa Bay.

PRC LLC said it is looking to fill 110 new positions in the next two months at its Tampa center. The company is a provider of outsourced customer management based in Plantation.

PRC manages customer communications via telephone, e-mail and interactive channels. The company said the hiring is due to the expansion of a program for a Fortune 100 technology company.

Billing Jobs in Tampa Bay Slashed

Apria Healthcare has eliminated 29 billing jobs in Tampa Bay, according to a notice filed with the Agency for Workforce Innovation.

The employees will be laid on on June 30 at Apria’s billing support center in Tampa.

Tampa Bay unemployment has worsened as of late.
